Prevent VRA from deleting failed VM’s

on the IAAS run the below

cd " C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\vCAC\Agents\vCenter"
DynamicOps.Vrm.VRMencrypt.exe VRMAgent.exe.config get

DynamicOps.Vrm.VRMencrypt.exe VRMAgent.exe.config set doDeletes FALSE
